Most of the tile failures we see come down to prep: tile set on a floor that flexes, or shower tile with no waterproofing behind it. We would rather spend an extra day on prep than come back in two years.

Can you replace just a few cracked tiles?
If you have spare tile or we can match it, yes. We also look at why it cracked so it does not happen again.
Do you regrout showers?
Yes, if the tile is solid and there is no water behind it. If there is, we will tell you and talk about a rebuild.
