We recently gave a pair of arched wood doors new life for an East Texas home, and it changed the whole front of the house. Doors facing west take the hardest beating from our afternoon sun.

Most wood front doors fail at the bottom rail and on the side facing the sun. Water wicks into the bottom edge and the finish breaks down from UV. When we refinish a door, we seal all six sides, including the top and bottom edges that most people never see, so it lasts.
